With structured learning time (Core Time) guided by tutors and staff in small groups (max 5 students), we offer a modern take on after-school care that promotes both academic growth and character development. Tutors provide daily learning support, including school homework and practice materials tailored to each child’s grade level, based on a shared learning schedule with parents.

We provide a structured academic support system within Core Time — small group study sessions with tutors during after-school hours. A quiet study room allows for full concentration, and tutors are always available to answer questions and guide learning.
For students preparing for middle school entrance exams, we offer a Special Entrance Exam Support Course designed to overcome the challenges of “the Grade 4 Wall.” Whether aiming for national/private schools or building a solid academic foundation for future success, students benefit from real-time support in a structured study environment.
Overcoming “Grade 4 Wall”
Designed for students in Grades 3–6 preparing for middle school entrance exams (including those attending other cram schools), this course supports both children and their busy working parents.
Many parents are surprised by the volume and difficulty of homework once entrance exam prep begins — and struggle to keep up while working. Without proper support, children may fall behind and lose motivation.
E-S-Court is here to help. In our self-study spaces, tutors are on hand to explain difficult concepts and guide students through assignments. Core Time can be combined with 1-on-1 tutoring for extra reinforcement.
Even if your child lacks motivation on their own, they’ll have a tutor beside them — working together, step by step.

○ Core Time is a study session where teachers and members gather to learn together.
Before Core Time Starts
○ When Core Time begins, prepare your materials and sit down at your desk.
○ Start time must be strictly observed.
※ Check the bulletin board for Core Time schedules and member assignments.
During Core Time

○ Basic Work must be completed every day. You may finish it outside Core Time if needed.
○ No talking allowed. For questions, line up to ask the teacher directly.
After Finishing Tasks
○ For school homework or individual work: Submit only after all tasks are fully completed.
○ For Basic Work or Special Work: Submit after finishing one full section.
➔ Always hand your completed materials to the teacher.

A Day in E-S-Court
School Pick-Up
& Check-In
Our staff picks up your child from school and ensures a smooth transition into our care. At arrival, children check in on system that automatically sends a confirmation email to the parent’s registered address, so you can verify your child’s safe arrival—even while at work.
Snack Time
Daily snacks are included in the program fee and feature a variety of seasonal treats like fresh fruit. It’s a refreshing break that children look forward to every afternoon.
Core Time
(Study Session)
Core Time begins with checking each child’s homework.
In a small group setting (max 5 students per tutor), each child receives focused academic support and individualized explanations to ensure full understanding — especially in areas they find challenging.
Lessons/ Extracurricular Activities
Children can choose from a wide range of extracurricular lessons tailored to their interests — from piano to programming. Alternatively, they may follow a personalized E-S-Court learning plan designed to effectively boost academic performance.
Dinner (Optional)
Dinner is available as an optional add-on for children with a reservation.
Meals are served around 6:00 PM.
To modify dinner plans, please contact us by 12:00 PM on the previous business day.
Going Home
When your child checks out, you’ll receive an automatic departure notification by email — giving you peace of mind and a sense of when to expect them home. Optional drop-off services to your home or nearest station are also available.

Pick-up & Drop-off Services
- We offer pick-up and drop-off services to and from kindergartens, nursery schools, and elementary schools. Please contact your local campus for information about eligible schools.
- Conditions such as minimum number of users and available time slots may vary by location.

＊Extracurricular-only or 10-hour ticket members may not be eligible (please consult us).
＊Travel times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please provide a waiting location if needed.
＊If a child is not at the designated pick-up spot within 10 minutes of the arranged time, we may proceed to the next location after notifying the guardian.

Have fun solving mysteries and learning English with teachers from around the world!
At the famous “E-S-Court Detective Academy,” a once-in-a-century case has occurred—the legendary jewel, the Emerald Star, has vanished! Children will become junior detectives, working together to uncover clues and find out who took it.
Even if your child isn’t confident in English, don’t worry! Our friendly native and bilingual staff will support them every step of the way. The camp is designed so kids can enjoy learning English naturally through fun and engaging activities.
